Single Account Policy

Each person may only operate one account. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, you must notify our support team in advance. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Deposits on 355 bets can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. However, due to network delays, it may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.

Withdrawal

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be used once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonuses come with a specific expiry window — once the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be terminated.

Welcome Bonus

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 355 bets are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please review the odds and event details carefully before placing your bet. The following betting rules apply to all users:

• Minimum Bet Amount ৳50।
• The maximum bet limit per event is set individually for each market.
• Live betting remains available even after a match has kicked off.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• 355 bets reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

Cash Out Policy

The cash-out option is available on selected events. The cash-out amount is determined based on the current state of the match. In live betting, the cash-out value may be higher or lower than your original stake.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 355 bets. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Match Fixing: Betting on a match outcome with prior knowledge of the result.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts without meeting the bonus requirements.

9 Account Closure or Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Simply email our support team, and your account will be closed within 48 hours of your request. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
